در ادامه توضیحات مربوط به نمایشگاه های پی‌درپی و کارهایی که در جوانی توسط
هنرمند انجام شد.
همانطور که گفته‌شد مجموعه اول مدادرنگی با موضوع دانش‌آموزان در فرهنگسرای
اشراق برگزار شد و در قسمت دوم این مجموعه، با توجه به اینکه تعداد آثار حاضر در آن از مجموعه
اول بیشتر بود با فاصله زمانی حدودا چهار الی پنج ماه بعد در فرهنگسرای ارسباران برگزار شد. به
طور کلی این دو مجموعه شامل 100 اثر هنری بودند و با توجه به شرایط و موقعیت زمانی نگاه
مخاطبین را به خود جلب کرد و بیشتر آثار در هر دو مجموعه توسط اولیای دانش‌آمورانی که در
نمایشگاه‌ها حضور پیداکرده‌بودند خریداری شد. اتفاق مهمی که حاصل این مجموعه های پیش‌آمده بود،
شوق و اشتیاق بیشتر اولیا را بیشتر بود. زیرا علاوه بر آثار حاضر در نمایشگاه، 150 تا از عکس‌های
دانش‌آموزان در اندازه‌ی 9 در 12 توسط هنرمند چاپ شده بود که به خودی‌خود جذابیت رویداد را
دوچندان کرده‌بود. بعد از این اتفاقات یک موج عظیمی از سفارشات توسط بازدیدکنندگان و والدین دانش
آموزان برای هنرمند ایجادشد.
در این میان مسئله‌ایی پیش آمد که آثار و تصاویر کشیده شده از بچه‌ها حاصل یک اتفاق بصری بود، به
عبارتی تصاویر منتخب توسط هنرمند بیشتر بچه‌هایی را نشان می‌داد که غرق در حال و هوای کودکی
خود هستند و این عمل جذابیت آثار نهایی را بیشتر کرده‌بود. زمانی‌که والدین به سفارش چهره خودشان
توسط هنرمند مجتبی‌رستمی روی آوردند و عکس‌هایی منتخب خود را می آوردند یا گاهی از خود
هنرمند می‌خواستند که از آن‌ها عکاسی کند، دیگر آثار از حالت حسی خارج شد و یک برخورد
سفارشی و تاحد و اندازه‌ایی فضایی مصنوعی به خود گرفت. این اتفاق هنرمند را به یاد نقاشان و
سفارشات درباری و حتی تعریف و تمجیدات بعد از آن می‌انداخت. شرایط پیش‌ِ‌رو از علاقه‌مندی‌های
هنرمند نبود، مخصوصا وقتی والدین تمایل به حضور چهره‌هایشان در نمایشگاه‌های بعدی مجتبی
رستمی داشتند. این شرایط یک خود درگیری را برای هنرمند داشت که آیا اینگونه آثار ارزش به نمایش
در آمدن در نمایشگاه را دارد؟
از این رو هنرمند مدتی را کار نکرد چون احساس می‌کرد ارزش کار و نمایشگاه وارد یک بعد دیگر
شده و او را صرفا به سمت سفارشی برده‌است. به همین خاطر به تمامی سفارش دهندگان گفت که
مجموعه بعدی من متفاوت است و قطعا در آن از چهره استفاده نخواهم کرد. همین اتفاق باعث شد
خیلی‌ها از سفارششان منصرف شوند و بعضی دیگر همچنان دوست داشته‌باشند که نقاشی از چهره خود
داشته باشند. کم‌کم هنرمند سعی‌کرد تا این روند کاری را در همان‌جا متوقف کند.
مجموعه سوم با عنوان "نقاشی‌های من" مجدد در فرهنگسرای ارسباران برگزار شد. در این اتفاق
موضوع کار تخیلی بود که چهره‌ها و حیوانات نیز شامل آن می‌شد ، تکنیک و ابعاد همچون دو
نمایشگاه گذشته با مدادرنگی و اندازه آثار 30 در 40 بود. بازهم مخاطبان آثار او خصوصا والدین که
احساس بر این داشتند روند مجموعه شبیه به آثار قبلی باشد، با آثاری کاملا متفاوت روبرو شدند. این

رویداد همچون رویدادهای پیشین بازخورد خوبی داشت، همچنین فروش آثار در آن نیز بسیار خوب بود.

According to the exhibition of my classmates, which was explained in the
previous part. This visual event took place in Cultural Center Eshragh with the cooperation
of the management, Mr. Abu AlKheirian, and all the good and useful topics that were the
result of the work were mentioned in the previous part, and it also goes without saying that
a workshop was held after the exhibition of my classmates at the request of visitors from
the artist Mojtaba Rostami in Cultural Center Eshragh was held.
Since Eshragh Cultural Center was in District 4 and most of the schools where the artist
taught were around District 3 on the side of Shariati Street or Pasdaran, namely: Danesh,
Payam Imam, Nikan, Tadbireshams, Jamaran, Ferdowsi, Farjad and Komeil, which later The
High School Gostaresh and Sobhan were added to them.
Due to the distance between Eshragh Cultural Center and the mentioned schools, parents
had traveled a long distance to visit the exhibition, so some parents could not be present on
the opening day, and those who came expected that their child's picture would be in the
exhibition. Due to the lack of time and as mentioned in the previous section, 300 were
selected from among 2000 photos, and out of these 300, the artist had time to prepare only
40 of them for the exhibition. From the artist's point of view, one of the bad events of this
exhibition was that parents did not see their child's picture when they entered and visited
the exhibition. Therefore, Mojtaba Rostami promised them a second exhibition of the same
collection, with the trick that this collection is incomplete and to complete it, the next
exhibition will be held. It was interesting here that every student whose face was in this
collection and was present at the exhibition bought it and in this way most of the works
were sold. All this led to the emergence of the second collection, but due to the distance,
the artist himself closed the case of re-holding the exhibition at Eshragh Cultural Center.
The events that happened caused the name of Mojtaba Rostami to become popular and in
the summer of the same year, he received many requests from different schools for
cooperation.
Almost a year after the first exhibition, the second collection was prepared and during this
time the artist was looking for a suitable space to hold the exhibition. Since private galleries
were not very agreeable to such collections and the artist was not very old at that time, he
was around 24-25 years old. For this reason, he again chose cultural center to show his
second collection and discussed with the management of Arasbaran Cultural Center, with
whom he had previously worked, and it was decided that the new collection titled "My
Classmates II" will be held in this cultural center.
Finally, the collection was prepared in the same order as before, with the same size of 30 x
40 and the same form of performance as before, with new images, and it was exhibited in
Arasbaran Cultural Center, with the difference that this time the exhibition was closer to the
area where the artist taught, and definitely received a good visit and feedback, such as The
exhibition before or even more was the result.
